About This Site

Johor Property Price Explorer is a free, independent tool that gives instant indicative property price estimates across Johor, Malaysia. It was built to make official transaction data usable by everyone - home buyers, sellers, agents and researchers - not just industry insiders.

How the estimates work

• We analyse more than 90,000 real transactions published by NAPIC (National Property Information Centre, JPPH Malaysia) - actual transacted prices, not asking prices.
• A machine-learning model combines the property's type, size, location and the market trend, and every estimate is shown alongside the real comparable transactions behind it, so you can judge the evidence yourself.
• The map explorer lets you click anywhere in Johor and compare the local market within a 1-10 km radius.

What this site is not

Our figures are statistical estimates for general reference. They are not a formal valuation under the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Act 1981, and not financial or investment advice. For a formal valuation, engage a valuer registered with LPPEH/BOVAEP.
